Commission structure
Sellers should expect a platform commission on completed orders. Final rates, payout timing, and any promotional participation will be confirmed during onboarding and may vary by category or campaign.
Product quality
All items must be handmade or thoughtfully produced, accurately described, and presented to a boutique gifting standard. Products should arrive fresh, secure, and suitable for premium delivery.
Packaging standards
Packaging should feel polished, protective, and gift-ready. Clear labelling, ingredient information, allergen details, and storage guidance must be included wherever required.
Order fulfilment
Vendors are responsible for dispatching on time, maintaining stock accuracy, and communicating promptly if delays or substitutions are needed. Repeated fulfilment issues may affect store approval.
